

Terms and Conditions
- 100 Nights Trial is applicable only on Centuary Sleepables Roll Pack Mattress range; for purchases made on the brand d2c website https://www.centuaryindia.com/sleepables-by-centuary/.
- It is not Applicable on any other range of Centuary Mattresses or Beddy Baby Mattress or Accessories such as pillows/cushions/etc.
- Returns/refund are not applicable on Custom Size orders – even for Sleepables roll pack mattress purchases. Claims are also not applicable in case of wrong size mattress being ordered.
- Customers may return a maximum of one (1) of each particular Product per initial order, validated by a customer name or shipping address. If at least one of a particular Product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 100-night trials on subsequent orders of that particular Product.
- If you are not comfortable on your new Sleepables mattress and want to return your Mattress within 100 days from your purchase, please get in touch with Centuary Customer Care at customercare@centuaryindia.com or call 8099927877 to arrange a return pick-up.
- To be eligible for a return/refund, the customer must have the purchase invoice copy, which clearly indicates the product name & date of purchase.
- Returns will be inspected and picked up within 7 days of raising a return request. Consumer may be asked to make available photographs of the mattress in case of virtual inspection.
- The mattress needs to be returned in a proper condition. Return/Refund request will not be entertained in case of misuse/tampering of the product – such as severe liquid spillage, tearing of the cover or label, stains, dirt or damage due to mishandling is found on the product.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days once the products has been picked up for return.
- The company reserves the right to decline any request/claim for any reason. The final decision on return/refund will be made by Centuary Fibre Plates (P) Ltd
