  • Gel foam: It gives your body more support and also helps in temperature regulation.
  • High resilience foam: Gives the mattress a good bounce and is highly durable.

          5. Cool or warm:

          If you’re at a warm and humid place, you should go for innerspring mattresses as they are more breathable. Foam mattresses do tend to trap the heat, so they work well in places that get too cold.

          6. Check the warranty:

          It is important that you check the warranty of the mattress. You don’t want to be stuck with a mattress that’s not right for you or is defective. Most mattresses come with a 10 year full replacement warranty.
